What we collect
We collect the email you sign up with, the resumes and job descriptions you provide, the documents Resume Foundry generates from that input, and basic usage and billing records associated with your account.
How we use it
We use your information to run the tailoring service. Your documents are processed by an AI provider to produce your results — and only for that: your data is not used to train AI models, by us or by our providers. We use your account and billing records to operate your account. We never sell your data, and we never use it to advertise to you.
Storage & deletion
We store your resume documents so you can review and re-download them, and we keep your data only for as long as your account exists. Delete any document — or your whole account — anytime, and it's gone from our systems.
Third parties
We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the service: cloud hosting for the app and your documents, an AI provider that processes your resume and job description to generate results, and a payment processor for subscriptions. Each vendor only receives what its function requires.
