The service
Resume Foundry, operated as a sole proprietorship, provides AI-assisted resume tailoring through its Resume Forge workspace. You review and approve every change — you're responsible for the truthfulness of what you submit and what you approve.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions
Resume Foundry is billed monthly and includes a session quota. Quotas reset each billing month and unused sessions don't roll over. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
If Resume Foundry isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of your first charge — if you've used little or none of your session quota, we'll refund it in full. Renewal charges aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. If you believe you've been billed in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't use Resume Foundry for unlawful content, and don't attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
Termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You can close your own account anytime from Settings — what deletion does to your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Content ownership
Your documents remain yours. We claim no rights to your resumes, job descriptions, or generated documents beyond what's needed to operate the service for you.
Disclaimers
Resume Foundry helps you present your experience clearly. We don't guarantee interviews or offers, and the service is provided as-is. Output is AI-generated and can contain mistakes — you review and approve every change, and you're responsible for checking each document before you use it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Resume Foundry is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost job opportunities.
Changes
We may update these terms or our Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll give notice through the app or by email before the changes take effect.
